You may recognize Chef Morris Buck from his successful TV commercials titled “One Minute with Chef Morris” that aired on Time Warner Cable in the Austin, Texas area.
Currently, Morris serves as the Executive Chef at Austin’s largest restaurant, Oasis on Lake Travis.
He has also been well reviewed in publications such as the Austin Chronicle – who rated his restaurant as the #4 up-and-coming restaurant in the Texas Hill Country. Other notable mentions include publications such as Texas Monthly; Eat & Drink Austin; Lakeway’s Waterways Magazine; as well as appearing on the cover of Lakeway’s Homeowner Times.
